Thanksgiving

Las Vegas is a world-renowned destination for entertainment, and during Thanksgiving, the city comes alive with a variety of dining options that cater to those looking for a traditional holiday feast, as well as elegant twists on the classic Thanksgiving dinner.

Buddy V’s Ristorante at Venetian

Budget: $72/per person, $25 for kids under 10

Created by Buddy Valastro, the star of the hit TLC show Cake Boss, Buddy V’s Ristorante brings a taste of the Valastro family’s Italian heritage to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Known for its comforting, home-style Italian dishes, the restaurant serves as a celebration of Buddy’s family roots and culinary traditions. Buddy Valastro’s culinary journey began in the kitchen of his family-owned bakery, Carlo’s Bakery, in Hoboken, New Jersey. With Buddy V’s Ristorante, he brings the same attention to detail, love for food, and sense of family to his restaurant, offering a menu filled with both classic Italian favorites and signature dishes. The restaurant’s atmosphere is warm and inviting, reminiscent of an Italian kitchen where the focus is on hearty, flavorful meals and sharing them with loved ones.

Located inside The Venetian, one of Las Vegas’s most luxurious resorts, Buddy V’s Ristorante features an atmosphere that blends classic Italian charm with the modern flair of the Las Vegas Strip. The décor is both contemporary and rustic, with wood accents, warm lighting, and intimate dining spaces that make you feel right at home. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic dinner, celebrating a special occasion, or dining with family and friends, Buddy V’s offers an inviting and relaxed environment to enjoy authentic Italian flavors.

For Thanksgiving, they are offering a three-course meal. You’ll start with a Butternut Squash Soup as an appetizer. Then a Slow Roasted Turkey Breast is the start of the main entree, outfitted with turkey sausage, pancetta-herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, and classic gravy. Of course Buddy V’s would have a great dessert to close out the meal – a Pumpkin Cheesecake with a spiced cookie crust, sweat cream caramel and candied pepitas.
